At The London Coat, we take great care in ensuring that every order is prepared and delivered with the attention and precision our garments deserve.

In-stock items
Items currently in stock are carefully prepared and dispatched within 3 working days of your order being placed (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Pre-order items
For garments purchased on a pre-order basis, dispatch will commence from the confirmed date of purchase, in line with the production or delivery timeframe stated on the product page. Pre-orders allow us to maintain exceptional standards while producing in limited quantities.

United Kingdom
Once dispatched, UK orders are delivered using trusted courier partners.
European Union (EU)
Delivery to EU destinations may take slightly longer due to customs and border processing.
United States & International Orders
International delivery times vary depending on destination and local customs procedures.
